However, the lack of certain facilities like ironing services and a snack bar may deter some guests looking for added convenience. the absence of a dining table or a sitting area limited the options for in-room dining or relaxation. While the inclusion of heating and free toiletries was appreciated, the overall value for money could be improved with the addition of more comprehensive services.
